Overview Be Part of Our Story Verathon is looking for a Senior Program Manager to become the newest member of our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) team located at our global headquarters in Bothell, WA. How You Will Add Value The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management and execution of complex programs that directly contribute to Verathon's strategic goals. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of project/program management methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to success. Proficiency in Lean tools, including leading process improvement or Kaizen events, is essential. Additionally, you will help refine program management best practices and manage the prioritization of strategic projects and programs. Salary range - $136,948 - $178,497 (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range) Full-time employees who are not on a commission plan are eligible for Verathon's annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
