Fleet Staff Analyst

As a Fleet Staff Analyst, you'll bring your operational planning, training implementation, environmental awareness, and communications background towork on projects. You'll provide program and project management support to the client in the execution of the Fleet Installations and Environmental Readiness programs within the framework of the CNO-directed Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP), to ensure Fleet leadership receives timely, accurate, and comprehensive analytical and assessment support.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in the military or as a civil servant in Fleet training, operational planning, exercise implementation, or serving as an action officer on a Navy staff

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PPT, Excel, and Teams

  • Ability to synthesize complex information from multiple inputs to produce a consolidated product suitable for senior leadership

  • Ability to communicate complex information and ideas to non-SME audiences in lay language using written and verbal communication

  • Ability to be a motivated self-starter and work independently with minimal supervision and as a part of a larger team

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with working on environmental issues, including National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for operational or headquarters military staff

  • Experience with public speaking and briefing Senior Officers and Senior Civil Servants

  • Knowledge of Military range facilities and installation encroachment issues

  • Knowledge of Military tasker systems

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
