About This Position

We currently have exciting opportunities for AUTOSAR/SW Architect. In this role, you will be contributing to the development of Autonomous/ADAS/AD/HAD/Active Safety Projects. This position is located at our Indiana Technical Center in Carmel, IN (relocation offered within the USA).

If you have experience in, or a drive to learn technologies such as, Radar, Tracking, ACC, LiDAR, Vehicle Controls, Sensor Fusion, Blind Spot Detection, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead and Develop AUTOSAR/SW architecture to meet functional safety, cybersecurity and other automotive standards
• Lead the AUTOSAR - OS bring up & Configuration, BSW,MCAL, develop/integrate CAN/Ethernet communication stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly build solutions to resolving critical problems that may arise during the course of the development process
• Assist developers with code and design reviews
• Works in an Agile software development environments.

Basic Qualifications

• Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering
• 7+ years of work experience in Embedded or real time SW development, preferably Automotive domain
• Experience in Embedded Software Architecture
• Strong hands on experience with AUTOSAR- BSW, MCAL, OS bring up and configuration, developing/integrating CAN/Ethernet Communication Stacks
• Experience with Safety standards(ISO 26262) and implementation
• Strong experience in embedded C/C++ programming
• Good Knowledge on CAN, Ethernet Protocols
• Good experience on multicore microcontrollers, architecture, memory layouts, device drivers, compiler and debuggers
• Hands-on experience in embedded development, testing and debugging tools
• Experience with Agile SW development process
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Embedded microprocessor experience (operating systems, I/O drivers, communication drivers, etc.)

Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience on memory management, memory optimizations, performance measurement and tuning
• Embedded development experience in Radar or other perception based systems
• Experience with cybersecurity is a plus
• Experience with ASPICE
