Business Development: Assist in generating new business opportunities, building industry networks, and fostering relationships with a focus on climate change and decarbonization agendas. Support internal business development and sales teams in formulating the value propositions around carbon emissions reduction and in lead generation. Partner with sustainability team to create accelerators and high value reusable assets (e.g. content, thought leadership) that Cognizant can bring to client engagement, such as comprehensive GHG emissions models, ESG transformation framework etc.

Sustainability experience with topics such as climate change megatrends, net-zero decarbonization strategies, GHG inventory plans, and data management, TCFD, climate disclosures, renewable energy, scope 3 supply chain decarbonization strategies, and carbon offsets/markets

Exposure or Experience on any emission data management platforms such as Microsoft sustainability manager, Salesforce Net zero cloud, IBM Envizi, or Workiva reporting will be an added benefit
