POSITION SUMMARY The District Manager is responsible for leading urgent care clinics in an assigned region through the execution of operating practices, workflow efficiency, and best in class patient experience. The District Manager develops and manages staff resources, manages the efficiency and effectiveness of daily administration and operations, and leads a team of Practice Managers within the region. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensures urgent care centers deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient every time. Works closely with the regional leadership team (Practice Managers, Clinical Team Leads and Providers) to ensure programs are effectively managed, staff are fully trained, and that patient service standards are met. In coordination with Practice Managers supervisory and management responsibility for all teammates within region to include hiring, employee relations, performance, and professional development, mentoring and disciplinary actions. Achieve financial performance targets such as revenue, labor, and supply management. Lead in the building of a team that will embody the culture and communicate the meaning of our Mission, Vision, and Values. Responsible for team member satisfaction and retention through practices that promote communications, rewards/recognition, teamwork, and administration of effective employee relations practices. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years multi-site management experience (preferably in urgent care or physician practice operations) and P&L responsibility for a minimum of 3 locations, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience overseeing managers with direct reports is preferred. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
