Job Purpose

The Resilience Training Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering support and training on resilience and well-being to resources. This role includes creating curricula, conducting individual and group coaching sessions, and facilitating training sessions in accordance with the Resilience Plan and Training Plan. The specialist will also deliver client developed training and provide ongoing support to enhance team cohesion and individual well-being.



Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Deliver Resilience Support:

    Develop and deliver support in accordance with the Resilience Plan.

2. Training Curriculum Development:

  • Develop curricula for new hire and refresher training on resilience.
  • Deliver new hire and refresher resilience trainings in accordance with the Resilience Plan and Training Plan.

3. Training Delivery:

  • Deliver training on well-being and resilience.

4. Individual Coaching:

  • Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with resources on an as-needed/requested basis.
  • Conduct weekly group sessions with resources

5. Group Coaching:

  • Facilitate group coaching sessions by team to address challenges associated with work and personal life.
  • Strengthen team cohesion through group coaching activities.

Skills & Experience

  • Be educated to at least Masters Level in any of the following disciplines: Clinical, Counseling or Health Psychology , Therapeutic Counseling, Psychotherapy or Clinical Social work
  • Have completed at least three (3) years post-graduate client/patient facing clinical experience (inclusive of supervised practice completed as part of training) during which they provided 1:1 care and designed and delivered group-based interventions.
  • Hold accreditation/registration/practitioner status with: The State or Governmental agency with responsibility for regulating the practice of Clinical, Counseling or Health Psychology

Base Pay

Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
