Job Summary:The Noram VP of IT is preferrably based in Chicago at Bel Brands USA office (or NYC) and reports to the Global Bel Group CIO located in our headquarters in France. The VP IT NorAM will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the implementation, maintenance, and support of all NORAM IT systems, infrastructure, and projects. This role will oversee a team of IT professionals (5 resources direct and 2 indirect for plants applications landscape and Infrastructure) and work closely with senior management to ensure that IT solutions and roadmaps align with business objectives and effectively support NORAM operations. This is aHybrid role, 2-3 days in the office/week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute NORAM IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Provide leadership and direction to the NORAM IT team, ensuring effective management and development of staff
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of NORAM IT solutions
• Collaborate with senior management and department heads to identify and address NORAM IT needs and opportunities for improvement
• Manage NORAM IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize IT operations and costs
• Ensure compliance with NORAM and global IT policies, standards, and regulations
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the NORAM IT functions
• Act as a liaison between NORAM business units and corporate IT to facilitate effective communication and alignment on strategic roadmap and global solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role with a strong understanding of IT operations and management
• In-depth knowledge of IT application landscape (ERP, Sales Force Automation, wms,...). SAP S4 or SAP ECC knowledge is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments and with external partners
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving business value through IT initiatives
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) and knowledge of industry best practices

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in a multinational or global organization
• Previous experience in consumer goods sector #CPG #FMCG
• Success in leading IT solutions team and delivering complex IT project

Total Rewards:

Base Salary Range: $210,000-240,000 (depending on experience and location Chi/NY)

Bonus Potential: 30%
