ServiceNow Database Administrator

Echelon is hiring for a ServiceNow Database Administrator.

Essential Functions:

• Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
• Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes.
• Understand how ServiceNow can enable the client to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits.
• Coordinated application and platform upgrades.
• Develop systems integrations and process automation
• Configure and maintain SLA, catalog items, and their associated workflows.
• General support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
• Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve platform capabilities and ITIL best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science or another related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• ServiceNow Admin certification or higher
• Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB, and knowledge management applications.
• Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues.
• Ability to analyze raw results, determine/resolve bottlenecks, and create meaningful documentation of testing scenarios and results.
• Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS and web service integration using REST, SOAP, etc.

Preferred

• ITIL v3 certification

Salary at Echelon Services is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $165,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Echelon's total compensation package for employees.
