Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Retail Store Associate Location: Santa Monica 90066 Work hour: 10:00am - 7:00pm, including weekends Classification: Non-Exempt, Direct-Hire, Full-Time An international retail store in Santa Monica, CA, is currently seeking a Japanese Bilingual Store Associate. This role involves delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, well-presented store environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in retail operations and business level proficiency in Japanese. Responsibilities - Ensure all store procedure is correctly handing based on company compliance standards. - Provide a positive, seamless, and consistent customer experience. - Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately with established cash control procedures. - Provide support to fellow employees such as helping to complete tasks and sharing of knowledge. - Resolve customer concerns with customer satisfaction in mind and escalate any issue to store manager. - Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays. - Open and close the store, ensuring the safety of employees and customers. Other duties assigned.
