For over 30 years, the Company has built its reputation through innovative product development technologies, proprietary manufacturing, and distinct niche marketing The Customer Success Campaign Specialist (CSCS) will play a critical role in our unit level activation and revenue growth objectives. This position is responsible for outbound calling of assigned business units to ensure increased account retention, reactivation, and participation in SFC's safety solution. The CSCS will maximize sales potential of each business unit by selling SFC products across our Industries. Position Summary: The Customer Success Campaign Specialist (CSCS) will play a critical role in our unit level activation and revenue growth objectives. In addition, as Team Lead, you will provide guidance, coaching and instruction to the team of Customer Success Campaign Specialist's about upcoming campaigns, projects, reporting and overseeing progress towards goals and KPI's.
