Role Summary

Equiniti is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing global company. Contributing both strategically and operationally, you will closely partner with the organization to build and align people and business strategies to attract, engage, and retain the best talent in the industry to scale, and enhance our collaborative and continuous improvement culture. This role will work with HR leadership on key HR strategies and initiatives relative to integration, change management, and alignment of contemporary people practices.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Talent Consultation: Establish and cultivate positive working relationships with the CPO, VP, and HR COE peers. Assess needs for the function and make recommendations in support of people and/or change management, inclusive of business transformation, organizational design, evolution, and development.
  • Org Design/Transformation: Assess the functional structure, processes, tools, and metrics required to achieve current goals and enable future business growth and facilitate EQ's business transformation. Build and sustain high performing teams within the business.
  • Experience & Culture: In collaboration with business leaders and people managers, identify, develop, and deploy employee experience programs and campaigns that unify and harmonize company culture. Foster retention, engagement, and a sense of belonging across a geographically dispersed and culturally/ethnically diverse employee population. Coach/guide leaders and associates to ensure consistency between stated corporate values and behaviors.
  • Provide strategic advice, counsel, and consultative solutions to business leaders in operations-focused areas, on people management aspects including driving organizational development, team effectiveness, executing change management strategies, and employee engagement solutions
  • Identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
  • Guide and coach managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex People issues including performance management, feedback, and total rewards
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and business functions such as legal, finance, internal communications, and compliance to deliver strong and enterprise-driven solutions to employees and business leaders
  • Leverage data and competitive intelligence to provide recommendations that improve the people experience

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills, and behaviors:

  • 10+ years of experience in an HR management, generalist, and/or business partnering role, working in complex, regulated industries. Financial services experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change during business transformation
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including influencing and ability to encourage innovation
  • A strong commercial mindset and the ability to use business acumen to translate the business and talent strategies into operational approaches
  • Comfort with navigating ambiguity and defining direction and solutions in a fast paced constantly evolving environment
  • Technical competence in HCM systems, with Workday experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities at once

Compensation

  • $110,000-120,000 per year
