Attend training for equipment, system, operations, and maintenance with intent of becoming a subject matter expert. Train and mentor peers, in all new technologies. REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: In addition to high school diploma or GED, 2-year trade school preferred. Specialized training such as apprenticeship in trade or technical courses. Additional training beyond high school graduation is preferred. Completing training as needed to obtain and maintain ISA certification is preferred. Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization. Effective reading, writing, communication and computer skills. Shall be proficient with troubleshooting and repairing PLC, HMI, X-ray, Communications, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Safety and Vision systems Employee must support and comply with all Nestle programs and policies, including, affirmative action goals and commitments, SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) strategies, corporate citizenship initiatives, NCE (Nestle Continuous Excellence), TPM (Total Performance Management), GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Safety Policies to ensure employee safety and product quality.
