The estimated salary range for this position is $30.42/hr. to $36.51/hr.

Monitors employee and member feedback for digital NPS surveys and identifies methods to increase efficiencies and services through digital systems. Support the product owners in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights.









Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and other related materials. Measure, analyze and report on the performance of the Digital Products against business goals and KPIs. Provide input into roadmap and growth opportunities.









To develop extensive knowledge of stakeholder needs and interpret and share that knowledge with the product team, providing context, as needed to ensure what is developed and delivered is what is expected.









Ability to build, grow and maintain important relationships with partners and stakeholders, and use those relationships to enable the best possible outcome for our employees









Ensures digital interfaces are certified against requirements prior to releasing to the production environment.









Maintain confidentiality of data and systems and uphold best practices regarding information security.









Stay current on industry developments and relevant trends in the digital banking ecosystem.









Support user acceptance testing for online platforms for deposits and lending.









Maintains online channel KPI's and reports findings to Product Owners/Management on a routine cadence.









Review admin systems to identify error and bugs and collaborate with development teams on possible solutions.









Attend deployments to support successful releases and provide testing coverage.

Education
Bachelors (required)
Experience
2 years: Software testing (required)
2 years: Financial institution experience (required)
1 - 4 years: Equivalent work experience (required)
