Summary
The Crew Travel Supervisor is responsible for the development, management, and administration of Allegiant Air's Crew Travel Department including Temporary Duty Assignments (TDY), Travel for Training, Irregular Operations, Maintenance Technicians travel, and Charter Flight activity. Also responsible for procurement of vendors and cost-effective administration of Crew Travel.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Years of Experience:Minimum two (2) years of experience at a supervisory level.
*Experience with labor contracts and restrictive works rules.
*Excellent ability to focus on details with demonstrated accuracy and analytical skills.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills, organization skills, and interpersonal skills.
*Excellent time management skills and the ability to focus under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
*Intermediate computer knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
*Ability to display the hoghest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
*Availability and willingness to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
*Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
*The ability to read, write, and speak English in order to receive and understand instructions, directives, and ensure safety, as well as the ability to interact with customers, is a requirement of the job.
Preferred Requirements
*College degree.
*Two (2) years of experience in the airline or travel industry.
Job Duties
*Responsible for all Allegiant Air Crew Members travel needs including air travel, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation as required in accordance with collective bargaining agreements and company policies and procedures.
*Develop policies and procedures for Crew Travel to be incorporated in the Crew Travel Guidelines.
*Continually manage vendor and consultant relationships to ensure service agreements are consistent with service of work, quality of work, and cost.
*Source and recommend vendors to enhance services and manage overall processes.
*Maintains crew travel department's job performance results by coaching and disciplining employees as well as planning, monitoring, and praising job performance.
*Provide leadership to Crew Travel department.
*Build business relationships with all company team members and vendors.
*Responsible for training of new employees within the crew travel department.
*Work in conjunction with all company departments to ensure crew pay is accurate as it relates to crew travel.
*Maintain travel information and bookings within the crew scheduling system.
*Perform system audits to ensure departmental process and procedure compliance.
*Reconciliation of company credit card transactions/charges.
*Assist leadership with staffing by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
*Ensure any direct reports understand and apply our Customer Commitment and customer service standards to their daily responsibilities as appropriate.
*Model Allegiant's customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.
*Other duties as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
Essential Services Provider
