Business Analyst RDO Finance Systems Integrations

About the role:

The Business Analyst is a new role on our Salesforce Product Integration team, supporting systems integrations and translating requirements between the business users' experience and IT. In this role you'll support Product Data integration for internal applications to a centralized source of data, engaging additional resources such as IT to ensure overall integration with corporate systems.

What you'll do:

  • Support in the implementation of a strategic roadmap for this fast-growing function to accomplish consistent product and entitlement visibility

  • Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry into Salesforce for both products and pricing

  • Validation of setup of new products and pricing within Salesforce

  • Assist with issues found in both testing and production environments related to product and pricing data

  • Work closely with leaders across Sales, Service, Research, and IT organizations to continuously uncover new opportunities to increase productivity through innovative technology solutions

  • Document and communicate Product Master data standards, guidelines, governance, and processes to ensure consistency, availability and accuracy

  • Maintain metrics and generate reports, including product lifecycle reporting and analyses, internal management reports, and key performance indicators

  • This role will be relied upon to understand and analyze business processes and needs, and translate into system specifications.

  • Execute test cases created to validate software solutions using real-world scenarios and proposed business processes

  • Provide product data consulting in support of business and information technology initiatives

  • Document business processes and translate those processes into stories for IT implementation

  • Collaborate with system owners and subject matter experts across marketing, IT, finance, operations, and other functional areas

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, business administration, computer science, or related field preferred

  • 3-6 years' experience corporate experience working with large data sets, with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines in database warehousing and other relevant systems

  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, ability to manage large volumes of data, within a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required

  • Superior project management and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage project through influence/without direct control

  • Experience maintaining data in CRM software (Salesforce)

  • Familiarity with Agile Development, Sprint Ceremonies, and JIRA

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 56,000 USD - 77,280 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
