In this role as a Core Systems lead engineering you will act as the spear head to set principles, practices, and standards to implement systems are the heart of business. You will be involved in all aspects of specification review, prioritization, delivery, and day 2 operations for new systems that are often replacing functionality and systems that have been in place for decades. We are in the midst of helping clients fundamentally rethink how to transform 20+ years old systems and services in investment and core banking, payments, retirement and wealth management into modern cloud native. The industry is at a crossroads and needs help from the outside in order to make most efficient use of capital, retain customers in the face of emerging competition, and compete as the market rapidly changes. This also means a fundamental change to architecture, engineering and delivery processes, and re-thinking once unshakeable assumptions.
