IMEG is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Office Manager in our South Dakota office. As a Office Manager you will be responsible for providing Engineering Support for Engineering Teams as assigned, coordinating the needs of their assigned office, and managing the administrative staff in their location.

Some key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Follow and promote IMEG Standards;
  • Assist assigned team and other teams as needed;
  • Maintain confidentiality of project/client, corporate, and employee matters;
  • Work with engineering specifications;
  • Attend department meetings;
  • Demonstrate leadership in the Administrative role while supervising and directing Administrative Staff in designated office;
  • Work closely with Senior AA's for Administrative process improvement;
  • Arrange meetings, tasks, and travel as needed for team/office;
  • Ensure smooth operation of designated office;
  • Offer administrative support to the Marketing Department as outlined by the Director of Marketing;
  • Other duties as assigned by employer;

Key skills and abilities needed for the position are:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with staff of all levels
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to exhibit and maintain a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated high level of professionalism
  • Exhibit problem solving and initiative when working with Engineering Team
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements
  • Strong leadership skills

Education and experience requirements are

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
  • Minimum six years' experience in administrative field required, familiarity with Engineering preferred
  • This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
