Sanitation Lead - Full Time, 3rd Shift

Seeking a motivated Sanitation Lead to join our team. Responsible for overseeing and completing sanitation processes in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • 3rd shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM; must be willing to work weekends.

  • Starting hourly pay of $24.17, plus shift differential.

  • Yearly reviews and raises; overtime available.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:

  • Monitors, trains, and assists with Sanitation employees' daily activities.

  • Inspects, oversees, and assists with the sanitation of equipment, machinery, and rooms.

  • Assists with ordering sanitation supplies and coordinates placement of supply deliveries.

  • Completes sanitation logs and oversees labeling of sanitation containers.

  • Communicates with other departments on pre-ops, changeovers, activities, and equipment repair requests.

  • Plans daily and weekly crewing levels and monitors employee attendance.

  • Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.

  • Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts, required.

  • 1 year of experience overseeing Sanitation processes or 5+ years working in Sanitation, preferred.

  • High School Diploma/GED, preferred.

SKILLS:

  • Ability to do heavy lifting in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Ability to do basic math and use calculators.

  • Read and interpret documents such as safety documents, operating instructions, and manuals.

  • Speak, write, and understand English.
