Role and Responsibilities:

The Cashier will be responsible for efficiently processing financial transactions while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and accurate transactions, contributing to a positive customer experience.



  • Collaboratively work with a team, primarily composed of individuals with disabilities and/or disabling conditions.
  • Provide efficient, friendly, and accurate check out services for our customers using computerized cash register systems, handling and counting money.
  • Assist in the cleaning and dusting of the check stands and surrounding areas.
  • Weighing, scanning, and bagging orders.
  • Resolving service and product related customer service issues.
  • Providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure proper security of cash, receipts, and tickets.
  • Abiding by all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain consistent personal attendance for all scheduled shifts.
  • Perform custodial duties as necessary, including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, seat-cleaning, sanitizing restroom fixtures etc.
  • Performing other duties and assignments as directed


Education and Experience Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of cashier experience (Preferred)

  • Physical stamina for standing during shifts.
  • Time management skills for handling fast-paced environments.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills to maintain an efficient workstation.
  • Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a team.
