Role and Responsibilities:

Are you passionate about crafting delicious dishes in a vibrant cafe atmosphere? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment where teamwork and creativity are celebrated? If so, we want you to join our culinary team as a Line Cook.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including sandwiches, salads, soups, and daily specials, using fresh and quality ingredients.
• Follow established recipes and guidelines while also contributing to menu innovation and development.
• Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen area.
• Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency to meet our high standards.
• Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and well-maintained, including inventory management and rotation.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth kitchen operation, including effective communication with other kitchen staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Cooking in a Restaurant Kitchen

Required Skills:

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role is (Preferred).
• Culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Creativity in developing and executing new menu items.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
