Administrative Specialist Key Role: Provide mission-critical administrative and clerical support to our clients in the Army. Serve as the secretary and principal assistant responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing a variety of administrative services required to accomplish the work of the organization. Leverage knowledge of administrative concepts and services to develop internal processes and procedures that implement regulations and directives. Provide technical advice, guidance, and assistance to leadership in administrative areas, notifying them of changes in controlling regulations and providing recommendations they can leverage to accomplish their missions. Maintain budgetary records and schedules for leadership. Review and route incoming and outgoing correspondence accordingly. Use Microsoft Word to prepare documents and communications from written material, brief instructions, or voice recordings pertaining to military and non-military correspondence, narrative and tabulated reports, or travel documents. Utilize knowledge of regulations and procedures to determine the number of copies required and arrange material in proper formats. Proofread completed work for accuracy in spelling, grammatical construction, and punctuation. Plan, coordinate, and review travel matters. Perform other administrative or clerical support services as required. Basic Qualifications:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $105,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
