The Position

This position delivers a wide range of student services to students entering the institution as a part of the early college program with a focus on increasing enrollment & retention. The position will work to enhance high school and community relationships through the delivery of intrusive on-boarding and assistance related to the admissions & enrollment processes.

Classification: Non-Affiliated Administrator

Staff Duration: Full Time 12 months

COMPENSATION OFFER: The salary range for this position is as posted. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the range with consideration of experience and qualifications of the position.

What You Will Do

1. Serves as the primary enrollment agent and source of information to potential students and guidance counselors; provides strategic assistance by understanding the early college program including funding and benefits.

2. Represents the college at early college-related recruitment events to maximize exposure and increase enrollment; delivers presentations as requested.

3. Utilizes excellent customer service skills to assist students with various areas of the enrollment process including Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, Advising, Payment and ordering of supplies.

4. Develops, implements and assesses recruitment and retention campaigns to increase enrollment of new students and retain current students.

5. Serves as primary collaborator for other areas of enrollment services including College Pathways and partnerships, as needed.

6. Develops and analyzes reports to measure effectiveness of early college program at each high school and makes recommendations that will lead to increased enrollments.

7. Participates in training programs in all student service areas and attends commencement ceremonies, registration days and other student events as directed.

8. Uses CRM and ERP systems to maintain accurate databases, aligns and tracks communications

and assists with the enhancement of enrollment campaigns.

9. Develops and distributes creative marketing pieces and presentations to be distributed through various technologies and modalities in a fast-paced environment.

10. Related projects and duties as assigned.


The Successful Candidate Must Have

1. Bachelor's Degree

2. At least two years of experience in education, enrollment, admissions, or marketing requiring excellent customer service, communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.

3. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

4. Ability to serve as a team or project leader.

5. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and a relational database system; ability to create standard and new reports with limited oversight; prior experience with websites and online platforms.


Even Better If You Have

1. One year experience using Ellucian Colleague, Ellucian Recruit or other CRM System
