The Executive Communications Director is the CEO's key communications partner, amplifying the CEO's voice and vision to elevate the organization's brand recognition and drive its strategic goals. Reporting to the CEO's Chief of Staff and working directly with the CEO, this position collaborates closely with Brand Communications, Marketing, Internal Communications, and Investor Relations and will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive executive thought leadership strategy across multiple channels. Working in tandem with communication counterparts, the role ensures that executive messages and content align harmoniously with broader communication strategies and media plans. How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $145,000.00 - $246,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
