Operational Effectiveness Field Specialist (OEFS) reports to the Manager Operational Effectiveness in supporting a world class operational excellence culture of continuous improvement within the retail organization. The OEFS; in coordination with the Manager of OE, works closely with cross functional field team and others to create, execute, monitor and drive initiatives, programs and processes to achieve successful operational and financial results.

  • Champions the development and implementation of new operational initiatives

  • Coordinates with cross functional teams as directed to include: IT, merchandising, asset protection, food service, HR and car wash to evaluate programs, processes and materials to ensure ongoing effectiveness and process improvement

  • Supports the Manager of OE in troubleshooting and leading corrective actions of outlier sites

  • Supports the review and updating of operational procedures and best practices as directed

  • Analyzes various business reporting to identify trends and reacts to data to improve

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business is preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience in field operations with proven success in analyzing, troubleshooting and implementing improvements to or developing operational programs/procedures designed to improve the efficiency and drive operational excellence, increase sales and profit

  • Team-oriented, strong presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization, including the ability to develop and articulate a strategy for the organization

  • Strong Excel, Word and Power Point skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure with timelines and deadlines

  • .Willingness to travel as needed within multi state assignments

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated proficiency in attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate as appropriate

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
