Job Summary: Under the direction of the Regional Director of Intensive Services, the Crisis Response Team Clinical Manager supervises the team's staff and oversees that shift operation of this unit. The Crisis Response Team Clinical Manager ensures that the treatment and the services provided are consistent with Penny Lane Center's philosophy and with Intensive Services principles, while they adhere to the guidelines of the program. The mobile crisis response team will work in collaboration with the LAPD to respond to non-violent calls that may have a social services impact including but not limited to (a) mental health, (b) substance abuse, (c) suicide threats, (d) behavioral distress, (e) conflict resolution, and (f) welfare checks. In addition, the Clinical Manager will ensure that all services meet the current standards for quality of care, medical necessity and other requirements as defined by the City of Los Angeles. The Crisis Response Team Clinical Manager is accountable for staff development and performance improvement. The Crisis Response Team Clinical Manager is responsible for promoting appropriate and effective care through established monitoring systems. Requirements:
Position Location: North Hills, CA Position Shift: 9:00am to 9:00pm Salary Range: $89,000 up to $107,953 per year Additional $5,000 per year bilingual Spanish differential Eligible employees may request up to 5 days of Paid Time Off to study for their licensure.
