Summary:

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for preserving the condition and functionality of all Penny Lane premises. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building Maintenance tasks.

The Maintenance Technician is a reliable, punctual, self-motivated problem solver. Manual dexterity, physical stamina and the willingness to work a flexible schedule are essential. The Maintenance Technician is thorough and professional with a practical mind.

Requirements:



  • No college education required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
  • To perform this job successfully, must be able to access the Payroll/HR on line system for payroll related activities, and Microsoft Outlook, in order to access emails related to the position.
  • Must also be proficient with the internal ticketing system.
  • Valid California driver's license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization's insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.


Position Location: North Hills, CA (Will require travel to other office locations: North Hollywood, Commerce, and Lancaster).

Salary Range: $17.52 up to $21.53 per hour
