Job Overview

The Graphic Designer in this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop designs that meet business needs and communicate brand, customer, channel, and operational messages effectively. This role leverages brand guidelines across all of the Coca-Cola Consolidated distributed brands to develop both print and digital point of sale for our customers and consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, as well as experience in design process, asset management and team collaboration.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Produces design content across all marketing program needs including but not limited to print point of sale, digital advertising, social media, email etc.

  • Create visual concepts for print & digital point of sale to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate customers and shoppers.



  • Ability to work within brand guidelines across all distributed brands and other branded concepts throughout the company.



  • Streamline work process and builds design solutions to meet project needs and make recommendations for improving existing systems and processes



  • Maintain a strong understanding of design trends, tools, and technologies



Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Proficient in Adobe Software Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Creative Cloud, After Effects, Premiere, Lightroom). Figma, Sketch and Canva a plus.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent time management skills; demonstrates the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects ensuring that deadlines are met and design quality is maintained
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality design that aligns with brand standards
  • Continuously streamlining, developing, and creating materials to support channel team needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school
  • Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Associate or Bachelors Degree with focus on Graphic Design
