Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This position facilitates growth and profitability goals for the Commercial Services Division of CIT, a divison of First Citizens Bank, through an individual marketing and business development plan. Identifies sales opportunities for prospective clients through sales management and calling programs and determines the best product or service to meet business needs. Acquires new business factoring (both borrowing & non-borrowing), loan and deposit relationships by leveraging centers of influence, community networking, and direct prospective client contact. Works closely with banking partners and associates throughout the financial services relationships to ensure closing and satisfaction. Responsibilities
Qualifications
If hired in NY the base pay for this position is generally between $175,000 and $225,000.00 Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
