  • Be a social support for people with disabilities
  • Share your skills and help people to develop their skills
  • Assist in developing work skills and help people perform paid work
  • Try new activities and help people discover hobbies
  • Take detailed and accurate notes
  • Provide regular updates on progress towards goals
  • Provide a sense of belonging and importance for people with disabilities
  • Have fun!
