YOU As a Product Engineer supporting Composite Strengthening Systems, you will support the development, implementation, and testing of products in our Composite Strengthening product line, which includes Fiber- Reinforced Polymer FRP strengthening, Fabric-Reinforced Cementitious Matrix (FRCM) strengthening, repair mortars, crack injection epoxies, etc. You will recommend alterations and enhancements to improve the quality of products and procedures. You will work closely with our testing lab team to provide testing and assessment of research and development projects. You will manage internal and external FRP & FRCM structural strengthening testing projects. You will work with our marketing team to help develop technical content for published literature and provide support to our regional branches. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (% of Time) Manage FRP & FRCM strengthening product performance test programs for product support, code evaluations, and certifications. (40%) Develop FRP & FRCM strengthening and restoration/protection products for the building industry. (30%) Work with Marketing to develop product technical literature. (15%) Provide technical and application support for products. (10%) Provide internal support and training as well as evaluation of processes and procedures in pursuit of continual improvement. TRAVEL This position requires domestic and international travel up to 10% of the time. WORK STATUS & LOCATION This is a full-time, exempt position in Pleasanton, CA, Stockton, CA, Riverside, CA, McKinney, TX, Columbus, OH, or West Chicago, IL Remote work arrangements will be considered for qualified candidates. RELOCATION Relocation is not available for this position.
