Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for a experienced SAP ECC/S4 System Analyst with experience working with technical teams, configuration and tables (such as pricing configuration), solid grasp of SAP customization and GUI to improve SAP systems to meet business requirements. Ability to work independently with ABAP, Technical and Analytics developers to craft and drive SAP, other systems (OneStream/PriceFX) and analytics changes. Work closely with Service business to resolve business requirements and write functional requirement specifications in an appropriate level of detail. Solid experience in leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions with end customer. Provide a business process engineering perspective during design review for projects with a strong emphasis on reporting and dashboard requests based on SAP data (and other data sources). Own and perform integration testing and lead User Testing and identify resulting gaps. Main data source is from SAP ECC/ S4 and SAP Service CRM, OneStream systems.

  • In addition, the systems analyst will be responsible for system configuration in SAP SD and SAP CRM to support moderate to sophisticated improvements and projects in SAP

  • Would prefer experience with OneStream and PriceEx or similar applications.

  • Recommends new insights and/or efficiency opportunities

  • Works on and coordinates multiple SAP results and related projects independently and in a team environment

  • Good testing and troubleshooting acumen for reporting enhancements, projects and issues

  • Recommends new insights and/or efficiency opportunities around reporting

  • Documents all best known methods and provides support as needed.

  • Experience in project roll-out involving preparing test plans, training documents and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Experience in project roll-out in preparing test plans, training documents conducting testing and facilitating user acceptance

**This is a Hybrid role based at our Midwest HQ in Ann Arbor, MI**

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or in Math, Computer Science or related field

  • Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience as a functional business analyst using SAP

  • Must have prior experience with SAP Reference Project Object (SPRO)

  • Functional skills with SAP ECC and SAP CRM systems

  • Strong analytical and statistical experience is a must

  • Strong BI Reporting experience: MS Excel VBA & Macro programming, MS PowerBI and Power Query

  • Superb communication among peer and Sr. Management

  • Problem-solving skills are a must

  • Demonstrated accomplishments during complicated situations and constraints

  • Strong presentation skills at the peer and Sr. Leadership level

  • Familiar with MS Office applications
