You will participate in the leadership of the program by participating and communicating with Program staff and members served. You participate in the leadership of the program by ensuring superior quality medical practices that meet and exceed licensure requirements, payer standards and client and community needs. Psychiatrist - Part-time - 20 Hours/Week - Weekdays (hybrid - 3 days onsite) Compensation - Expected starting Employee wage range is $155 - $193 / Hour Independent Contractor wage range is $201 - $252 / Hour Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Independent Contractors are not eligible for company benefits and must provide their own malpractice insurance. Telecare FSP is an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program which serves up to 170 MHSA and AB109 individuals with SMI who have not responded well to traditional outpatient behavioral health care. Clients referred to this program should expect to receive a comprehensive array of ACT services and supports.
