The way our guests converse with WCS staff sets the tone for their visit to Reynolda. As a front-line staff member, you multitask as an admissions desk, information desk, membership desk, concierge, phone operator, retailer and host. This role contributes greatly to the overall guest experience of Reynolda. This position assists with oversight of the Reynolda Welcome Center, including reception of visitors, processing admissions, orienting visitors, communicating Garden guidelines, telephone and administrative reception, and merchandise retail sales. As a front-line representative of Reynolda, the Welcome Center Specialist has a friendly smile, a strong understanding of the history of Reynolda, follows best practices in interacting with visitors, and advises colleagues on pertinent issues related to the visitor experience.
