Real Estate Portfolio Analyst

Kontoor Brands is looking for an ambitious Real Estate Portfolio Analyst to join our team. As a Real Estate Portfolio Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and tracking the performance, composition, and risk of a variety of real estate portfolios. This is a critical role in our organization, so you must have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, the ability to interpret complex data, and excellent problem-solving skills. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, plus at least two years of experience in a similar role. You must also have strong analytical skills, as well as experience using data analysis software and financial modeling techniques. Additionally, you should be a confident communicator and have the ability to work independently.

We're looking for a self-motivated leader available to provide analysis and insights for real estate and facilities areas of business, to include presentation of actuals, evaluations, and business recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Be a key owner for the North American property database tool, ensure accuracy of properties and lease information. Manage JLL, database management contractor, to ensure timely updates and expected reports and business reviews. Deliver all JLL invoice and contract management for Global JLL, partnering with regional lease managers to confirm all deliverables and payments.
• Conduct detailed analysis of property KPIs, including financial statement analysis, valuation analysis, and industry research.
• Financial modeling and analysis, Project proposal, analysis and screening documents, and project due diligence. Assist in building and managing construction deal pipelines.
• Coordinate with the legal team all legal requests, contract management.
• Coordinate with the finance team all lease validations.
• Responsible for sourcing and managing food service contractors for our Home Office Facilities.
• Assist with store and facilities performance reviews, and analyze financial and operational metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and value enhancement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of Business Analytics, Real Estate, Property Management background.
• Strong knowledge of facility services.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with Kontoor employees, contractors, and outside agencies.
• Ability to prepare and track budgets and schedules.
• Highly organized and detailed oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of procurement and contract processes.
• Microsoft Office at advanced level of capability: Power Point, Excel, Power of BI, etc.
• Preferred Experience:
  • SAP and COUPA experience preferred, but not required.
  • Co-Star Management Program knowledge a plus.
