Job Summary Provide administrative support to faculty, students, and other staff members within the Math and Computer Science Department. This may include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining departmental records. Support students with various academic and administrative needs. This includes directing students to appropriate resources for academic assistance. Effectively and respectfully communicate with faculty, staff, students, and other departments/services on campus. This includes verbal communication when interacting with individuals face-to-face or over the phone, as well as written communication when responding to emails or composing official correspondence. Provide quality customer service when interacting with students, faculty, and visitors. Staff members should strive to be friendly, approachable, and helpful in addressing inquiries and providing assistance. Additional Information In order to qualify for a Federal Work-Study (FWS) job, a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) must be on file for the current award year and have eligible financial needs based on the college requirements.
