This position is a key strategic partner within the HR function, responsible for implementing and evaluating talent management programs and broader organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for optimizing talent processes, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and fostering a positive employee experience. They will serve as a subject matter expert across the organization on talent management, while also contributing to other critical OD areas. The salary range for this position is $75,000 - 95,000. This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED : Education: Bachelor's degree required Experience: Demonstrated subject matter expertise in talent management, HR management, or a related field with at least 7 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and related experience). Preferred Skills & Abilities:
