We offer an excellent benefit package as well as a friendly and fun atmosphere! Job Purpose: Metro Lexus is looking for a Client Call Center Representatives/ Receptionist to work Full Time. This position does require working on Saturdays. The Client Call Center Representative/ Receptionist will ensure all business sales opportunities are effectively maximized by following-up with customers regarding the services they received while at the dealership and/or upcoming services needed. Other responsibilities include quickly responding to all internal and external guests and assisting sales, service and accounting departments with administrative tasks that require computer skills (excel, word, basic accounting, etc.) and organizational skills.
