The salary range for this position is $129,800- $342,900 depending on Rank and Step. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan (https://www.ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/apm/apm-670.pdf), which provides for eligibility for additional compensation. Academic appointment will be in the Health Sciences Clinical series, rank and salary commensurate with level of experience. Responsibilities include clinical care, inpatient care, outpatient procedures, teaching within the resident and fellowship programs, participation in clinical research, quality improvement, community and public service, curriculum design and other scholarly endeavors that will lead to academic promotion. Experience caring for individuals from medically underserved backgrounds and providing care to a highly diverse population of patients.
