Your Role With Us:As an Occupational Therapist where you'll utilize evidence-based practices to evaluate and treat patients, developing personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient safety and involvement in goal-setting. Your role will involve meticulous documentation and billing, proactive care coordination with interdisciplinary teams, and efficient caseload management. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain clinical competence, and actively contribute to performance improvement initiatives. Candidates should hold a BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, be licensed or license-eligible in Oregon, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Clinical experience is preferred. Must be verified prior to start date.Basic Life Support required within 90 days of hire Must be a team player and have proven success applying team approach to obtain resolution to an issue. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills for working with the rehabilitation team and patients. An ability to prioritize and multi task while working in a high volume multidisciplinary setting.
