Digital Production Artist About the role: In this role you are critical in contributing to the success of the Creative Production team as a Digital Production Artist. You are a team player able to work collaboratively with Creative Production team members, eCommerce and other cross functional partners to deliver high-quality photography assets to help drive site conversion and meet business objectives. As a Digital Production Artist, you will be charged with file prep and optimization of photography files within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you are passionate about producing high caliber work that delivers against Pottery Barn's photography standards down to the smallest detail. In this role you will: * Prep, optimize, organize, upload high-volume product assets. * Manage asset configuration and page builds within internal content management system. * Conduct QA testing on an ongoing basis and for seasonal launches. * Monitor website and resolve issues. * Anticipate workload challenges. Maintain communication with digital partners ensuring timely file deliveries. We are excited about you because: * You have 2+ years of experience working on a digital asset production team for an eCommerce brand * You have advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Exel; Fluency in Adobe XD and Invision a plus * You possess outstanding organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. * You adapt to changing timelines and deliverables. The expected starting pay range for this position is $33-36 per hour. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
