The Assistant/Associate Registrar assists the Registrar as the College's official custodian/historian of all academic records, maintains accuracy, and safeguards confidentiality. The Assistant/Associate Registrar is the primary resource for internal and external reporting requirements regarding student data and student characteristics. The position oversees high school student enrollments and maintains high school student educational and enrollment records. The Assistant/Associate Registrar will promote the college's diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) statement where applicable.

The Assistant/Associate Registrar must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of people. The Assistant/Associate Registrar should have excellent time management and organization skills to be able to prioritize various tasks and withstand frequent interruptions. At least three years' professional work experience and knowledge of higher education settings is preferred. Experience with the Family Rights and Privacy Act and other legal formalities as it relates to academic records preferred. Computer experience, such as Microsoft Office suite tools including MS Access and Excel, and the ability to identify problems with computer generated reports is critical. Experience with Institutional Research, external reporting such as IPEDS and the National Student Clearinghouse is preferred.

Bachelor's Degree required and three years professional experience in higher education preferred. Appointment at Assistant versus Associate level dependent on experience.
