If you are unable to attend one of the listed test dates, you may be eligible to complete the written test and POPAT at another time, please contact Recruitment and Training Manager Heather Morrell at heather.morrell@peoriaaz.gov to schedule. Test Location Peoria Police Department Public Safety Facility 23100B North Lake Pleasant Pkwy Peoria, AZ 85383 There is limited parking, please park in the lot directly south of the station. If the lot fills to capacity, vehicles may be parked along the front of the Police Department. Testing Information Below is information about the testing process.
Written Test Standards
POPAT - Physical Test
Applicants that wish to practice the POPAT test are encouraged to attend the following scheduled POPAT practice dates. Physical Fitness Instructors will be available to help applicants complete the test. No written test will be given on these dates.
Oral Boards Applicants that pass the POPAT and written tests are eligible to be scheduled for an oral board. Location and dates for the oral board are listed below. Peoria Police Department 8351 West Cinnabar Avenue Peoria, AZ 85345 Oral Boards may also be conducted virtually.
Background Investigations Applicants will be scored based on the following criteria. After each testing dates, the applicants will be ranked and backgrounds will be processed rank order.
