The Human Resources team at Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc. is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to power up our team!

As our Human Resources Administrator, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative functions. You'll be the go-to expert on our Human Capital Management (HCM) system, tackle any issues that arise and use your expertise to handle complex administrative functions and make sound judgments in challenging situations.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and maintain accurate employee records which includes data management for new hires, departures, position and pay changes.
  • Lead testing and implementation of new feature releases in the HRIS/HCM and develop/monitor reports and dashboards.
  • Plan and facilitate a robust student program including sourcing talent, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and assimilating to the organization and industry, and offboarding.
  • Complete projects and administrative tasks to support strategic staffing, employee relations, performance management and HR compliance initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work or military experience.
  • 3 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of human resources concepts and HCM systems. Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Proven experience in performing complex administrative functions and leading projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to troubleshoot systems and data issues and build basic reports.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Teams and SharePoint is preferred.
