MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • 3+ years' of experience in construction project management
  • Experience with the concepts of space resource and asset management
  • Experience reviewing and commenting on design intent and construction drawings
  • Problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a collaborative and diverse environment as a team player
  • Ability to read and interpret floor plans
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Active Top Secret SCI

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position directly supports the Chief Operating Officer of the Test Resource Management Center.



  • Assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of space management policy, standards, and procedures
  • Assisting with the acquisition of additional space/facilities
  • Assisting in the development of long-range plans to achieve efficient facilities utilization
  • Assisting in the development of space plans, drawings, and renovation specifications to plan, construct, or renovate spaces
  • Assisting in the oversight of construction projects
  • Communicating with various levels of management regarding project schedule, status, and funding
  • Assisting in the conduct of project meetings with various service providers and stakeholders
