Director Global Total Rewards & People Solutions

NSF is a globally recognized organization for public health standards. We conduct testing, auditing, and certification, supported by accredited labs. Additionally, we provide top-tier consulting and training for brands and businesses. We are currently looking to hire an experienced HR Director, Global Total Rewards and People Solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy on a global scale. You will oversee a team responsible for design, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, recognition, HR systems, people analytics and payroll. As the HR Director, Global Total Rewards and People Solutions, you will take a forward-thinking approach to develop innovative programs that ensure NSF's total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and values. This is a senior level role reporting directly to the VP and CPO.
