This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan [https://ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/apm/apm-670.pdf], which provides for eligibility for additional compensation Application Window Open date: July 19, 2024 Most recent review date: Friday, Nov 8, 2024 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Monday, Jun 30, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA is seeking applicants for full-time faculty positions at the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor ranks. Desired clinical interest should be in: Critical Care, Lung Transplantation, Advanced Lung Diseases, COPD, Asthma, Lung Cancer, Pulmonary Hypertension, Pulmonary Fibrosis, or the management of liver transplant patients. Inpatient and outpatient work will include supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows in the inpatient and outpatient settings at one or more of the following sites: UCLA Health Sciences campus, Santa Monica-UCLA Hospital, West LA VA, Torrance/South Bay, Downtown LA, Burbank, or North Valley clinics. The position may also include night shift coverage for the MICU at Santa Monica-UCLA Hospital. An M.D. or D.O. is required. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Internal Medicine.
