Job Summary The EP Tecnologist utilizinghighly specialized knowledge, provides direct and indirect patient care facilitating electrophysiology procedures through room preparation, patient preparation. Assists physicians with procedures in scrubbing, monitoring and circulating roles. Demonstrates knowledge of intracardiac electrical signals and 3-D mapping systems.Provides patient/family centered care within scope of practice. Demonstrates clinical competency utilizing evidence based practices/research in all areas of Electrophysiology. Adheres to all compliance and policy/procedures of the organization. The Electrophysiology department schedule may require late stay shifts and on-call work. This position is bonus eligible, follow this link for details. Accountabilities

Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses
In Lieu Of The Above Minimum Requirements Military or certificate program with 2 years cardiovascular experience may be considered. Eligible for RCIS/RCES with completion within 1 year.
