• The Lead acts as a resource nurse in a leadership role to address clinical performance, outcomes, patient satisfaction, physician satisfaction and costs within the service line.
• Assures educational activities and staff development programs are planned and implemented for patient populations and service needs.
• Accountable for coordinating care and ensuring continuity in the provision of quality total patient care to the patients in accordance with hospital and licensure guidelines.
• Responsible for patient care problems, referring any unusual situations or patient condition to the physician and/or Cath Lab Manager/Director.
• Communicates with physicians on a daily basis to ensure continuity of care.

Job Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Idaho.
• Prefer a minimum of two years of Cardiac Cath Lab Experience.
• BLS and ACLS required
