Job Title: General Services Coordinator II Department: General Admin We are looking for a General Services Coordinator II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Korean and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information to both internal and external clients in-person, via email, or and phone.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Coordinate and order company catered lunches.
- Perform clerical office duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Assist in sorting incoming and outgoing mails, writing letters, data entry, and preparing meetings.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle and ensure parking and building access keys are coordinated, allocated, and collected, as needed.
- Maintain and order general supplies and manage purchase orders.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate typing skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing software, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries.
