Inside Sales Supervisor

Key Accountabilities

• Supervises the work of a team of sales representatives who are responsible for selling organizational products or services.
• Trains new representatives on products, services, or sales processes and procedures.
• Tracks performance against goals and suggests modifications to sales strategy or approach.
• May have a personal sales quota or be responsible for directly servicing assigned accounts.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma / GED and related work experience.
• 5 or more years of experience in Sales

• Bachelor's degree
